I am thankful I went to a will and trust law firm when in regards of the finances only regarding the money involved from the Life Insurance Policy and the house I owned in Carrollton Texas as nothing else was ever included in such a time frame, since I no longer have such finances as well as no longer have such a house there is no need for such a will and turst company and since all portions were already removed years prior beginning in 2009 officially meant that will and trust law firm I went to became null and void permanently because there was nothing else specifically written regarding anything beyond the finances monetarily and my house in Carrollton which had to be sold to be able to pay for the health insurance costs for my daughter's healthcare because of what occurred in Carrollton Farmers Branch Independent School District at McCoy Elementary School as well as the Fort Worth Zoo and since SCUBA Diving was not a part of the will and trust so too would mean such was not allowed ever by such a law firm as per the requirements specified within such. Thus if the law firm I went to for the will and trust aspects only for the life insurance policy money from that $500,000.00 and the house I owned in Carrollton Texas, then there was and is not any excuse nor any reason for anything further from such a group.
Who would be most upset once thinking an Elementary School which would have a possibility for a payout for such a legal battle regarding what occurred during the biased comments regarding the physical view though such a law firm would at the same time think of because of my physical appearance as to my level in technology companies and able to see the amount I had already purchased from Best Buy with my own money which was non-transferable despite what arrogance may have wished for if not researched, would be a will and trust company in my opinion. Who would think with such a view of my physical looks with anything in the Dallas and Fort Worth as well as Austin region regarding my physical looks at the time of seeing in 2008, other than a technology group with futuristic ideas which in some ways truthful though not in the ways which any will and trust company would ever have any legal authority allowed because of the fact of my work being done with my money which was not ever transferrable as per my personal work and my personal disability checks which in turn would be not worth anything to a will and trust law firm though would give the appearance that it was under such authority and yet the lack of authority the entire time over such regarding such a will and trust law firm. Thus if hypothetically the will and trust law firm thought what I had gone for regarding only my house I owned and only the $500,000.00 total would be considered as acceptable to their pocket books, what would such a law firm be willing to do when looking at a district such as Carrollton Farmers Branch Independent School District and McCoy Elementary School? How would they be able to look at such people in the school and the school district as to how they would know how those people would assume when looking at me, compared to a law firm which would have more access to their records of their bank accounts as well as their social media posts while also meeting with others who would have such a situation which the companies with certain views such as Hollywood and technology companies in an overall sort of way would see my physical appearance? What about in reference to the entire state of Texas for someone who looks as I do and how easy would it be for such to speak with other law firms of those who were easily persuadable compared to those who would stand their ground, and what would such hypothetical unscrupulous types of law firm individuals be willing to do for a higher percentage rate regarding the will and trust when only shown what was the only portions allowed? What would they do if those portions which they felt they put in place for more finances would not stand with though stood up against such a thought, and how far would they be willing to go when thinking about a will and trust law firm? Who would they already know though it not be known to others who were not lawyers, attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries, judges, bailiffs, and etcetera other than a will and trust law firm because of what a will and trust type of law firm does; and while not all will and trust law firms are as such, there have been those who have wondered whether or not a will and trust law firm ever would be truthfully able to be trusted in reference to what their will had been for their child(ren). Who would think that if there was work done after such situations and problems which were hypothetically coinkidinkily caused by such a will and trust law firm which thought they had earned more than what they were given was taken away though was not ever theirs to begin with because of the problems caused by such a will and trust law firm, as per the comment made referring to Phillip Omstead when the first words out of his mouth when I told him my daughter had been left at the Fort Worth Zoo on the field trip?
The words from Phillip Omstead were along the lines while he was standing outside of my VW Beetle Zippy, "You should sue the school and the school district, and get a lawyer quick."
Who would be repulsive enough to think their sending of my books through hypothetically contacting others through such means regarding the technological portions to release such details in va(i)nity because of being blasphemous as to once steal what was not theirs hypothetically regarding my SCUBA Diving gear knowing I would take such to the Armed Forces of the United States of America as per prior discussions, while also knowing people who would do their dirty work to blame them for what the law firm hypothetically had caused in such a way to get frivolous law suits to back up the court systems to be able to make more money in such ways to prevent their own law firm from such additional expenditures? Who would have people in every area of every group of every lifestyle at their fingertips regarding such legalities of such to then profit off of at the exact same time, while trying to remain in the shadows and yet being a willing participant referring to such adult lifestyle aspects though also into technology and healthcare in case someone refused to play along with what was wrongly preferred and illegally done while promoting such atrocities across the human race? In my opinion, a will and trust law firm.
While I went to whichever will and trust law firm I cannot recall the name of in the Dallas area over the $500,000.00 life insurance policy and my house in Carrollton Texas, when that male who would have had to have the appointment booked in the computer as well as the legal paperwork filed with his and his law firms' association for such a notarizing; what could anyone in any group in any area throughout the United States of America see for such a type of legal group, regarding such hypothetical connections especially when I made the choices I made to be honorable and truthful in comparison? What would a will and trust law firm with unscrupulous methods think of someone such as myself which some in certain adult consenting groups have called me as a name for not suing the school or the district or the Fort Worth Zoo, though wanting to find the truth and the justice while knowing so many more had to have something similarly connected regarding such situations and such problems in ways which may not have ever been thought of from a completely different perspective do to such a person as myself looking as I do and have in the state of Texas with a clear background though having met people who were not as clear of a background as myself? What would such a will and trust law firm individual(s) depending upon who do to others who were/are care(d) about simply for going against the grain similarly to stand up for the truth and justice for such individuals who would be the first ones who such would go after if ever the ways which were not accepted because of my refusal to sue the school as well as the school district as well as the Fort Worth Zoo as well as the city of Carrollton as well as the Carrollton Police Department? Anyone who has experiences with higher legal portions when growing up such as in the state of New Jersey could easily see how many law suits would be available to legally and correctly go after such if that was the only portions regarding the individual choices, however what if someone heard certain wording which did not click at the right time for such a discussion and have such a different insight as to see more from such in comparison to what was looked at in the overall ways whether or not as a professional aspect and one who simply wanted to enjoy such pleasures in a relationship though scared to ask because of what had already been said and already been done and unwilling to confess such sins for such? What if such an individual had actually hoped to have been caught for all such crimes though could not admit such because of the additional portions interconnected and wishing such would not be while knowing if confessing what would come out not only about themselves though also about all of the others by name immediately in comparison, to someone who would keep their mouth closed and refuse to name names unless absolutely forced to because of so many additional portions; to which only being able to protect who could be protected, would also infuriate such a hypothetical set of individuals in such a hypothetical possible scenario regarding such a will and trust law firm? Though, how would one go about finding such to be able to reel in for a larger picture of the details involved, while still doing what was possible for the innocence in truth?
Where it all would begin for those who would not have realized such for who has the most amount of finances for a will and trust group in which political party and if someone with such differences regarding the physical appearance standing with such a specific political party which would fully be known as to certain tycoons in the industries involved more well known and yet also not as well known, in my opinion when looking back it could hypothetically be when seeing someone standing with the Republican grass movement of the Texas Tea Party. Maybe a few possible few would know more specifically as to a different reference as there would be one particular group regarding a 4th of July celebration with a bounce house or possibly ironically doubly, as well as only one particular group who had been able to get a bit of turkey one year for another reference as to such hypotheticals who would be at the most risk while not realizing the levels of the risks they were in dur to other blinding aspects which were seen and yet unseen at the exact same point in time. Did such types of lawyers in certain regards of such a type truly have the ability to be trusted when thinking of how there would be the guarantee of constant cash flow in the ways of a funeral home though not the exact same because of the quantity of the numbers regarding a funeral home where all at some point will go to or stop by at some point, compared to the quality of numbers which would only be seen at the opposite aspect regarding a will and trust law firm? What would drive someone from a will and trust law firm who lost every chance and what once was could have been though was all because of such fault as to be greedy while being lustful while being petty and having coveted what was not their(s) to ever covet, yet being envious of other legal firms for the court case times and yet having too much pride to admit to their gluttony and being too lazy to do the work themselves while wrongly looking down upon those who do such work as looking for the easy way out hypothetically; if such were to be noticed by such a law firm individual and/or an associate and/or friend and/or family and/or business partner and/or other lawyer of and/or etcetera when in reference to my books and/or my Medal of Honor Art Project and/or my artwork and/or my website and/or my SCUBA Diving and/or anything which would not have originally been in such documents and would be known there would not ever be an allowance for such, except if going to the technology companies who would have already been slightly tipped off to such aspects as per the social media aspects already having been in place as well as the emails and the text messages previously sent though hypothetically such a lawyer would not think about such if were to be the case when learning of my website as well as The Ornery PSA which also my books being registered through The Library of Congress with my legal first and legal last name which then they could not ever actually purchase any rights to such because of the legalities of antislavery laws as well as female rights as well as Constitutional Rights which were actually earned in comparison to being born in the United States of America regarding such a hypothetical law firm set of individual(s); what would be the only way they would ever be able to stick it to everyone they chose to cause problems to while also preventing such book sales and denying any others from actually being involved in such until after the full clearing of such information for more to know and to understand for the ability to comprehend where in their own personal experiences of such to put together for themselves to realize who was actually connected where for what and why, while who was innocent the whole time and was only dealing with which situations as best as possible? Who would only know of a will and trust company as their only source to believe in because of certain circumstances beyond their control as children, those with special needs, and/or elderly, when you think about such who would need such a clarification?

I knew I could have sued the Carrollton Police Department for the biases about the call they received about the shell casing, just as I knew I could have sued McCoy Elementary School for the discrimination because of the shell casing as well as the comments made about my son #Letters4James and my daughter #Letters4Lidia. That was for them to find the way for them to be able to get their own path and help others to find a better way as well to see more clearly, which in turn I can see my son wanting to be more helpful because of so many children and teenagers he could see having certain situations which would be warranting such assistance while also seeing others in the military associated who would need such similar assistance in his way. I can see my daughter wanting to be able to be a part of something bigger than what she ever thought was possible and knowing more than she ever knew she had, which similarly would help more with different assistances to clear the way which would bring more awareness which I was unable to for either one beyond my own experiences which I did not discuss previously because of the minimal information able to be written and/or spoken about was not as well received in discussions prior to as well as after in certain regards. I can see where both would want to take the lid off and want to help more because I raised them to be more open minded and appreciative of life and those who are a part of living on earth as well as the waters beneath the earth and the sky above the earth with the galaxy outwards from the earth to more beyond, which in such modernized times the need for a bigger portion of more would need to be gone through in a way which would be in alignment to such energetic shifts while being as best of a Mom(my) to both in the ways which I could best be for both as well as assist where I could for more in a beneficial way where each genuinely makes their choices through their own choices in comparison to being forced in one direction or another because of decisions which some have used to hold over someone's head as an anvil in comparison to as an umbrella as the rain can make holding such an anvil slippery to possibly drop on one's own foot instead of on top of who was intended and the umbrella assists that smooth sliding off and over who needs protection when they may not have realized such at the specific time(s) of because of what was trusted at such times when their will was hidden from them instead of showing them if they are willing which different ways they can choose to move in their own ways as best as they can make for themselves instead of taking their hand to pull away choosing to guide their hands to move in more positive directions for themselves and others for more beneficial aspects of freedom as much as possible in the truth thereof in whichever employment or sector of as there is not one area of working regarding a large company which does not have at minimum the IRS requirements with a will and trust legal law firm as even private security companies need to know both ends of such a spectrum of information regarding such aspects thereof as they have to pay their taxes wherever they go and they have their version of their life insurance policies which in turn means some form of a will and trust; though who would be in needing to genuinely know which ones were actually worth the trust and who were those who were taking their will towards certain individuals and why of such out? Who would have the need to know more, and the requirements thereof would be needed for such in what reason of knowing such would need to be known? I suppose such would be possibly, quite a few more than realized at times.
I knew I could have also sued the McCoy Elementary School as well as the Fort Worth Zoo as well as the Carrollton Farmers Branch Independent School District for multiple aspects despite not needing to have been told of such, however the timing of as well as the situations involved which I felt though had not a word for in which to fully give the depths of would be more than some would realize in certain ways as I saw far more than I could explain as to such aspects as I would not know who would be considered as a trust fund baby compared to those who would not be considered as such; despite certain ironies regarding being medically retired from the Army branch of the United States of America's Armed Forces for such an earned entitlement because of situations which occurred, though who would choose to take advantage of such compared to who would prefer such to be as such chooses if such a choice were to be made available to?

I hope for the best for more despite not being the most normal way to review such situations at such times, as the feelings not attached to emotions are different than what would be considered as attached to emotions; as there has always been the time(s) when I have care(d) in such times as well as since such times, as maybe a bit childish in view however seeing there being a way no matter what to do the best possible even if the last time seeing in person was under odd circumstances before anything major had occurred and the inability to remember such a name to put to a face that was remembered being of such a large concern for various times and multiple aspects beyond what might be considered as normal or whatever could be considered as normal even for a phone call as such for the concern despite other outer portions of circumstances as some who are in specific fields of employment know and understand to comprehend in certain ways much differently; when the times which count by the second as to what portion of movement occurs can make the difference in ways which having someone's back whether they can see or not is extremely important for those who are able to get themselves into a clearing for safety until the time to step outward is, and when such times have occurred especially in specific circumstances of which those comprehend the most of one small millimeter can be the biggest difference as to when someone was there to catch that for life to go forward and onward in which ways could be while such aspects continue to live onward in better ways with actual safety and genuine care for the better health of more who may have seen different portions though which aspects to acknowledge sometimes being a small faery sized piece of glitter in the distance along the horizon as while moving through.
I can see my son being intelligent enough to know how upset I would be for certain aspects while also knowing of other portions which would be difficult for him as knowing how much I had genuinely done for the best for both him and his sister, while I can see my daughter knowing and feeling in her heart as to the truthful and genuine concern while being raised in truth to speak such truths at all times because of knowing more than she thought I realized and able to see such though the words being difficult more-so because of other aspects which I would know about from my own medical retirement background in more ways than she or her brother would have ever truly known in a much larger and extremely detailed way because of various aspects they would have to research though would be able to piece together the puzzle together with which more would be able to see what words I could not find in such times to more clearly express in a more proper timeline order with all such details and the ability to do so without getting caught in the muck portions while able to notice such muck would and was excruciatingly difficult as per pain levels.
I can see how some would wish for situations to be done malevolently in comparison to the actual reality of in truth in compassion because of seeing further distances than the moments thereof which while might have seemed as such, the larger portions of such connectionary aspects unless in person or fully connected to all areas would be missed in some ways. In some ways I wish I could be as harsh though I cannot without warrant in truth and even then such is in compassion because of knowing more than what is met in sight as per growing up as I had, where I had.
I am thankful for such areas to grow up in and around, as those foundational points of reference have been a large aspect to furthered portions of concern for the greater portions for the longest terms possible for many more in greater ways I hope.
